6 Feet Under Shenanigans...

Our 2nd Shenanigans dinner had a bigger turn out of about 10. Although, Forest and Christine were greatly missed at this one. Derek and Ale picked 6 Feet Under, a restaurant known for the great seafood and rooftop patio dining that overlooks the city. I knew it had to be good considering Derek is allergic to seafood and still picked it for us. Derek holds the record so far of most guests brought to an Eat n Meet, he brought 6 guests with him this time! I have a feeling though that these "guests" may have already turned into regulars :) We all had a great time together and did not waste anytime to make future plans together a mere two days later for Adam's birthday- don't worry, I may have a few of those pics up my sleeve also! Everyone seemed very pleased with the restaurant selection, the food was fresh, the beer was cold and the atmosphere was lively. Clay and I wanna take Christine and Forest back there, since they didn't get to make it and plus we need reason to go back...it was that good! I will try to get the names and spelling of everyone's names right, I apologize if I do not...

Zyka Shenanigans...

Zyka was chosen by Christine and Forest. An authentic Indian restaurant located in Decatur, serving quite delicious dishes. Clay and I always get the same thing when we go there and never seem to venture out simply because we don;t go there often and really wanna make sure we enjoy our visit. This time though with Forest and Christine, they wanted to branch out, so we were all able to try new things. And we ended up with a table FULL of food! I am sure the other guests thought we were a bit crazy. Or just a bit hungry! It was delicious as usual!

Eat n Meet

Although pictures from the last Eat n Meet have not been posted yet, we had a lot of fun and a LOT of great food. We decided that we would like to try and maybe do Eat n Meets more than once a month, pending everyone's schedules. So this month we are also doing one at the end of the month. Anyone is welcome to attend and please feel free to bring friends with you as well. The more the merrier! Eat~n~Meets are tentatively scheduled for the first Thursday of every month. Every month a different restaurant will be chosen by a different person and/or couple, everyone participating will get a chance to choose. The restaurant of the pickee's choosing can be a favorite place, a new place, or the pickee's home. The point is for us all to get together, share some fun times, try some new food, and hopefully meet new friends as well! Of course pictures may be taken during these events and pictures MAY be posted to this blog, so consider yourself warned :)
